Best way to use a candle snuffer
Position the snuffer: Gently lower the bell of the snuffer over the flame, making sure it fully covers the wick to block the oxygen supply.
Hold it in place: Keep the snuffer in position for 2 to 3 seconds until the flame is completely extinguished. Avoid lifting it too early to prevent reigniting the wick.
Remove the snuffer: Lift the snuffer straight up and away from the candle slowly to avoid creating wax splatters or disturbing the melted wax.
Check for embers: Make sure there are no glowing embers left on the wick after you remove the snuffer.
Clean the snuffer: Wipe the snuffer with a soft cloth after it cools to prevent soot and wax buildup from interfering with its function. 
When the top or sides of the wax has a crystalline, white-ish colour coating, we refer to this as frosting or blooming. Frosting is a natural characteristic of soy & it is one way that a customer can tell if their candle is really made with pure, all-natural soy wax. Frosting does not affect the scent throw or the burning properties of the candle – it is just a particular crystal growth that can form on the top and sides of the candle.
