Delivery/Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Lightworker Candles and Crystals website. By accessing and using this website and/or placing an order, you are agreeing to comply and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use this website.
Using this website indicates that you accept these terms and conditions regardless of whether you order from us.
The term 'Lightworker Candles' or 'us' or 'we' refers to the owner of the website who may be contacted at Lightworker Candles and Crystals, The Craft Courtyard, Wells House & Gardens, Ballyedmond, Gorey, Co.Wexford. The term 'you' refers to the user or viewer of our website.
All products are priced individually in Euros. Lightworker Candles does retain the right to revise our prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed.
You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation by email, detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received by us. We do not see, store or retain any of your sensitive personal information. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by you from your Credit Card Company or bank in relation to the processing of any order made with us. Any card payments not authorized by your bank/credit card company will not be processed and will be cancelled.
Delivery and Shipping:
Postage and Packaging are at a standard rate of €6.00 per delivery address in the Republic of Ireland up to 20 kg. Delivery costs to the rest of the world please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. All orders are sent by registered courier service for tracking purposes. Please ensure that accurate and correct details are entered at the time of purchase including post codes and contact phone number. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to incorrect delivery addresses or incomplete contact numbers. If our courier cannot find or gain access to your preferred delivery address he will ring the contact number you provided, if you are unable to answer the phone he will leave a message as long as you have that facility set up. We cannot be held responsible for lost deliveries within the delivery system when we have a proof of posting. Please ensure that there is an authorised person available at the delivery address provided to accept your delivery. If there is nobody home to receive your order the courier will leave a notification at your address informing you he attempted to make the delivery and a contact number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. The courier will hold your parcel for 3 working days after which it will be returned to us if you fail to make contact. A charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address.
Delivery will be made as soon as possible and usually within 7 days of receipt of your order with the exception of personalised lanterns or those lanterns marked ‘made to order’. Delivery times can vary in peak season and or weather conditions.
Order Cancellations and returns:
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to certain items which have been personalised due to your specifications. All personalisation is approved by you in writing before being made.
All order cancellations must be made in writing via email to email@example.com quoting the order number. We will then issue a return number by return email. In the case of your order already being dispatched we ask that you return your unopened and unused item(s) in its original packing with a printout of the return number. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless they have been sent to you in error. Returns made without prior authorisation may be rejected. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of return goods.
In the event of receiving damaged goods, please contact us within 48 hours to advise of such, please forward a photo of how you received your goods to firstname.lastname@example.org including details and description of damage. This allows us to raise such claim with our delivery provider in a timely manner. Damaged goods may be required to be returned either to us in order to raise such claim. This will be at our discretion. Replacement goods will be dispatched within 3 working days if the product is in stock with the exception of made to order items.
Lightworker Candles is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Lightworker Candles may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 07/01/17.
