Our beautiful wax Communion candle lanterns come in white with pink writing for girls and blue writing for boys and are 10 cm wide by 9 cm high. Because our lanterns are lit from the inside (there is no wick) they last forever, hence the name 'forever candles'.
 
The verse on the front reads:
A little light to celebrate your first  holy communion.
May the Lord give His angel charge over you, to guide you in all your ways. Psalm 91:11
 
There are two choices of prayers for the back, the our Father in irish or an irish blessing:

ár n-arán laethúil tabhair dúinn inniu
