Mother Mary represents a pure, luminous, and loving energy. As the mother of Jesus, she embodies the maternal, gentle, accepting, yet powerful and wise energy of the feminine. She, too, ascended into the heavenly realms and yet is still connected to humankind. She stands by us, blessing and comforting, helping us become more loving and luminous, strengthening us when we feel weak, and comforting us in times of pain. She shows us that great gentleness also means great strength, and that we often achieve more with love than with harshness. She represents the feminine side of the universe, the feminine side that each of us carries within us and that must not be denied but strengthened.
